Delete your account and your data.

1. Open Pipeline Sports and tap your photo, top right.
2. Open Account settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is gone at that moment.

• Your profile: your name, email address, location, organization and photo.
• Your sign-in, including any Google or Apple connection.
• Every athlete that only you can see, and with them every pop time, every receiving rep, and every video saved to their record.
• The photos and videos those athletes had in our file storage.
• Any feedback you sent us from inside the app.

An athlete that somebody else also holds stays with them. If you invited a parent to their child, or a coach shared an athlete with you, that record belongs to more than one person and removing your account removes only your access to it. Deleting it outright would take away someone else’s record of their own child.

If you want an athlete gone entirely, delete the athlete first, from that athlete’s settings, and then delete your account.

You do not have to delete your account to remove information from it. Inside the app you can delete a single measurement from its own page, delete an athlete and everything recorded on them from that athlete’s settings, remove your photo or anyone else’s access, and change any detail you gave us.

Videos measured for pop time or receiving were never uploaded in the first place: they stay on the phone that recorded them, and deleting them from your camera roll is the whole of it.

Write to us and we will delete it by hand. Send the mail from the address on the account if you can, so we can tell it is yours.

That opens a message to hello@pipelinesports.com. We answer within a few days and delete within thirty.

Deleted data is removed from the live database immediately. Encrypted backups roll over within thirty days, after which no copy remains.
